Jack Kerouac said," Indifference is a crime." In a work setting, an indifferent person will do the minimum amount of work or disregards essential parts of his job. The litmus test is if you are picking up tasks that a person working for you should be doing, you are being cheated. You shouldn't have to do the work that person is being paid to complete.
